Yes! I have worked with many clients in the United States. I have found that my resumes work well in the United States. I have clients in California, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia, just to name a few!

I have worked on resumes for clients in the UK with success. I would like to say yes, I can help you no matter where you live. But I do not have experience recruiting outside of North America. I cannot guarantee that I know what makes a strong CV outside the North American, English-speaking market.
