1. Talk

We begin with a short conversation about where you are in your career, what you need and whether I am the right person to help.

2. Gather

Once we decide to work together, I will send an invoice and a detailed questionnaire. You will also send me your current resume and any relevant supporting documents or target job descriptions.

3. Create

I review everything, identify the strongest themes and create a first draft that gives your experience the context it deserves. Most first drafts are ready within approximately one week.

4. Refine

You review each document and provide your input. Most projects require approximately two rounds of edits before we move on to the cover letter and LinkedIn recommendations.

5. Support

Once the project is complete, you will have 60 minutes of support to use in increments over the following six months for minor updates and edits.
