Refunds & Cancellations

Once your questionnaire has been sent to you, your purchase is non-refundable, including if you choose not to complete the questionnaire or proceed with the services.

If you need to cancel before your questionnaire has been sent, please contact me promptly to request a refund.

Revisions & Follow-Up Support

Your package includes two rounds of revisions, along with the follow-up support specified in your purchased package. Please provide consolidated feedback so we can make the most of each revision round.

Follow-up support covers minor edits and updates within your package’s time and support allowance. Substantial rewrites or documents targeting a different career direction may require an additional fee, which we’ll discuss before proceeding.

If you have concerns about your documents, please reach out so we can work through them together. While I work to help you present your experience effectively, interviews, job offers, and other hiring outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
